Who we are

The Prime Atelier is a Saudi-based online store for the small, clever products that remove everyday friction — the cable that never stays put, the gap in the car seat that swallows your phone, the chair that leaves your back aching by 3pm.

How we choose what to sell

We buy a sample of everything before it goes on the site. If it does not survive a few weeks of normal use, it does not get listed. That is the whole filter.

What you can expect

• Delivery in two to five working days across the Kingdom, with a tracking link.
• Cash on delivery, mada, Apple Pay, and instalments through Tabby or Tamara.
• Fourteen days to return anything unused, to a local address.
• Support in Arabic and English on WhatsApp, every day from 10am to 10pm.
