Do I need an account? No. You can check out as a guest with just a phone number and address.

Can I change my order after placing it? If it has not shipped, yes. Message us quickly on WhatsApp.

Can I pay when it arrives? Yes, cash on delivery is available across the Kingdom.

What else do you accept? mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and instalments through Tabby and Tamara.

Are prices inclusive of VAT? Yes, all prices shown include VAT.

How long does it take? Two to five working days for most cities.

Do you deliver outside Saudi Arabia? Not yet.

How long do I have? Fourteen days from delivery, unused and in its box.

Who pays return shipping? You do for a change of mind. We do if the item is faulty or wrong.
