Where we deliver

We deliver to every region of Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, Makkah, Madinah, Abha and Tabuk.

How long it takes

• Riyadh and Jeddah: 2 to 3 working days.
• Other cities: 3 to 5 working days.
• Remote areas: up to 7 working days.

What it costs

Standard delivery is SAR 25. Orders over SAR 199 ship free. Cash on delivery may carry a small handling fee shown at checkout.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If it has not moved in 48 hours, message us on WhatsApp and we will chase it.

Delays

Deliveries can slow down around Ramadan, Eid, National Day and major sale periods. We post a notice on the site when that happens.
